Marketing Specialist

We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced marketing specialist to contribute to our marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behaviour trends and generate creative ideas to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. You should also be well-versed in specialised marketing concepts, principles, tactics and crucially a background of working within the musical instrument market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and carry out Digital Marketing campaigns establishing measurable KPIs that help drive business forward
  2. Assist with various marketing projects, including email and banner creation, content organisation, newsletters, social networks, product launches and securing ad spaces
  3. Contribute, coordinate and schedule ideas to help enhance our communication strategies and support the different teams in all aspects related to communication
  4. Crafting, revising, and reviewing content for advertising materials within promotional initiatives
  5. Maintain the marketing calendar, track and report on key marketing projects
  6. Assist with occasional photography and video production
  7. Managing influencer and ambassador relationships
  8. Writing, editing and proofreading copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
  9. Utilising CRM data to enhance understanding of initiative success, guiding strategy, and consistently seeking opportunities to enhance ROI
  10. Managing the implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns and communicating results to the stakeholders
  11. Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including digital analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  12. Establishing and managing financial budgets, reporting on efficiencies, and addressing any over-expenditure

Required qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of electronic musical instruments, piano, synthesisers or effect pedals
  2. Must be an EU citizen
  3. A minimum of 2-3 years’ generalist marketing experience
  4. Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms: Google/Youtube Ads, Facebook Ads, Google analytics
  5. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator for asset creation
  6. Experience in managing trade marketing initiatives and B2C campaigns
  7. Experience in creating marketing assets and social media content
  8. Excellent written & visual communication skills and facility with MS Office and first-class verbal communication
  9. Demonstrable ability to analytically track and optimise campaigns to meet objectives

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Experience in working in the Musical Instrument market
  2. Extensive knowledge of the profile of musical instrument users: musicians, music students, music education institutions, music industry, etc.
  3. Understanding of music technology and the mobile market
  4. Creative talents are a significant plus
  5. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  6. Passion for music and a desire to inspire creativity
  7. Willingness to be involved in key decisions to drive the success of marketing initiatives
  8. A proactive team player with a positive can-do attitude
  9. Multilingual is a plus
